These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 247Bet website and services. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using 247Bet.

"Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free spins, bonus funds, or other incentive provided to the Player.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 247Bet website or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Promotional Terms. 247Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. In Canada, this is 19+ in most provinces or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
You may hold only one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or service.
You must not be an employee of White Hat Gaming Limited or any affiliated company, or a family member of such employee, unless specifically permitted.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your details up to date.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. You must notify 247Bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 247Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human tools to interact with the platform.
Attempting to manipulate games, exploit bugs, or gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
Using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff or other players.

5a. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 247Bet accepts deposits via Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Neosurf, MiFinity, and LuxonPay. The minimum deposit is C$20. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for depositing where possible. The minimum withdrawal is C$20. 247Bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be subject to a pending period for compliance checks. The standard weekly withdrawal limit is C$5,000, which may increase for VIP members. 247Bet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but the Player's financial institution may apply its own charges.

5b. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the applicable promotion, as well as the general Promotional Terms. The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 25x the total of the deposit and bonus amount. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$5. Bonus funds expire after 30 days if wagering is not completed. Free spins expire after 10 days if unused. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game weightings are published in the Promotional Terms. 247Bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if these Terms or the Promotional Terms are breached.

5c. Responsible Gambling

247Bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), activate time-out periods, use the game time reminder, self-exclude from the platform, and request account closure at any time. 7. Limitation of Liability

247Bet provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. 247Bet's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the balance of the Player's account at the time the claim arises. The maximum payout on a single bet is C$250,000, excluding progressive jackpot wins.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through 247Bet's internal complaints procedure.
